We ship from New Zealand and aim to get orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible.

New Zealand

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. If for some reason it takes us any longer we will let you know at the time of purchase, we'd hate to leave you hanging.

• North Island — $7
Flat rate shipping for all North Island deliveries.

• South Island — $9
Flat rate shipping for all South Island deliveries.

• Free Shipping When You Stock Up (Orders $65)
Orders of $65 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in New Zealand.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days depending on location.

Australia

We also ship to Australia.

• Australia — $25
Flat rate shipping to Australia.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the courier and customs processing.

A few practical notes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control, but we’ll always help track down a parcel if something goes missing.
